Description:
Ancient Shan Snow White Tea - Cloud Fairy is made from 100% leaves of ancient Shan Snow tea trees – hundreds of years old tea trees that grow naturally only in the old-growth forests of the high mountains of Northern Vietnam, such as Son La, Yen Bai, and Ha Giang. Unlike teas cultivated in lowlands, Shan Snow tea here thrives in harsh conditions: freezing winters, altitudes above 2,000m, pristine forest soil, and dense fog. This unique climate helps the tea buds accumulate nutrients, creating a thin layer of white snow on the bud – a characteristic feature of Ha Giang Shan Snow tea.
Each tea bud is hand-picked by local people, selecting only the young buds or one bud and one leaf – the most exquisite parts of the plant. The tea is then processed using traditional methods, gently dried to preserve its natural color, pure aroma, and precious nutrients.
Flavor:
Tea has a very unique aroma and flavor, easily captivating the drinker from the first sip.
When brewed, the tea releases a subtle floral and herbal fragrance, with a hint of natural acidity characteristic of high-mountain tea. The aroma is not strong or harsh, but clear and refreshing like the mountain breeze, bringing a feeling of relaxation and comfort. The aftertaste is subtly sweet and lingering, gently spreading from the throat to the palate, leaving a feeling of freshness and relaxation as if you've just taken a deep breath of mountain air.
