Description:

Ancient Premium Shan Snow White Tea - Arbor Tea Tree is made from 100% leaves of ancient Shan Snow White tea trees, growing naturally in the old-growth forests. Shan Snow White tea from Chieu Lau Thi is famous for: Large, gnarled tree trunks, 200-500 years old. Tea buds covered in a layer of snow-white down – a symbol of victory over harsh climates.
So, the accumulation of nutrients over hundreds of years in each leaf.
Chieu Lau Thi is the only region that still preserves this ancient tea tree population. Each year, the tea trees only allow harvesting for about a single month – when the climate is dry and the dew has dissipated just enough for the tea buds to reach ideal freshness. Therefore, the yield is very low, highly sought after by tea connoisseurs and highly valued in the market.
Local people harvest the tea manually, gently, as if cherishing each drop of the essence of the mountains and forests. Each tea bud is then processed using traditional methods: lightly sun-dried, lightly roasted, and naturally dried. Each stage of the process preserves the original color, aroma, and flavor of ancient Shan Tuyet tea.

Flavor:

Tea has a very unique aroma and flavor. What makes this White Tea the most beloved in the Shan Tuyet white tea line is its delicate yet profound flavor:
A floral and herbal aroma – pure and clean, reminiscent of fresh grass, early morning clouds, and the scent of forest soil after a light rain. It's an aroma that only tea buds that have lived for hundreds of years in pristine nature can possess.
A naturally sweet, deep, and lasting aftertaste that lingers in the mouth for a long time.

It can be brewed 5–7 times, each time retaining its bright yellow color, mild aroma, and sweet aftertaste.
